Front Desk Hours:
The front desk is open from 9:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday and 9:30am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.


Check In:
Check-In is between 2:30pm and 5:00pm.  You are welcome to check in as early as 7:30 am.  We will be happy to hold your luggage (your room will not be available until approx. 2:30pm).

There is a late check-in fee of $25.00 after our normal business hours until 11:30pm.  We are sorry but there are no check-ins after 11:30 pm unless arranged with manager.

During check out, Manager will inspect room. If room, carpet and linens are determined unsoiled, clean scented, undamaged the deposit will be returned to guest.


Check Out:
Check out is at 11:00 am. If you are departing the city at a later time. We will be glad to hold your luggage.


Parking:
Garage parking must be reserved in advance of guest reservation.  Parking garages are closed on Saturday and Sunday unless patron has reserved access card in advance.  There is limited free street parking on Saturday and Sunday.  Guests are advised to read all meters and parking signs carefully. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to comprehend and adhere to all parking guidelines set forth by the city.  The Dupont Collection will not be responsible for or reimburse patrons for parking violations.


Smoking:
Washington, D.C. Law prohibits smoking in indoor public areas. The Inn at Dupont Circle is a non smoking facility.  If smoke is detected in your room The Inn at Dupont Circle reserves the right to add a minimum of $500.00 to your bill for cleaning and the loss of income due to the unavailability of the room.


Keys:
If you do not return your room key to the manager, The Dupont Collection reserves the right to bill the guest $45.00 for replacement.


Children:
Families are welcome with well behaved children. 
The cost is as follows: 3 to 12  $25.00, 13 and older $75.00.


Pets:
We do not accept pets. Animals used for physically challenged guests are welcomed. A deposit of $100.00 is required.


Computer:
There is no computer available for guests to use.  We do have free Wireless access for your laptop use.


Cancellation:
If you cancel, there is a $25.00 non- refundable cancellation fee. If we are notified less than 7 days, we will retain the total amount.  If we are able to rebook the dates, we will refund for the dates we were able to rebook minus the $25.00 fee.
